You can invite colleagues to your Evalingo account and control what each can do.
The four roles
Most recruiters only need Member. Reserve Admin for people who should be able to change billing or team access, or publish questions from a question library.
Inviting someone
Go to Settings → Team and invite by email. They will get a link to join. If they already have an Evalingo account, joining takes one click.
Join requests
If someone registers with an email address on your company domain, they can request to join your organization instead of creating a separate account. Admins and owners get an email and can approve or deny it.
This stops colleagues accidentally starting parallel accounts with separate billing.
Team members do not each need their own credits. Credits belong to the organization and everyone draws from the same pool.
