# Team members and roles

> Inviting colleagues and controlling what each of them can do.

You can invite colleagues to your Evalingo account and control what each can do.

## The four roles

| Role | Can do |
| - | - |
| Owner | Everything, including billing, API keys and deleting the account |
| Admin | Everything except deleting the account |
| Member | Create and manage assessments, send reminders, write draft questions, view results |
| Viewer | View results only |

Most recruiters only need **Member**. Reserve Admin for people who should be able to change billing or team access, or publish questions from a [question library](/assessments/question-libraries.md).

## Inviting someone

Go to **Settings → Team** and invite by email. They will get a link to join. If they already have an Evalingo account, joining takes one click.

## Join requests

If someone registers with an email address on your company domain, they can request to join your organization instead of creating a separate account. Admins and owners get an email and can approve or deny it.

This stops colleagues accidentally starting parallel accounts with separate billing.

> [!TIP]
>
> Team members do not each need their own credits. Credits belong to the organization and everyone draws from the same pool.
